No Cancellations

All purchases made on saritachugh.com are final.
Once an order is placed—whether for physical books or digital products—it cannot be cancelled.

No Refunds

We do not provide refunds for any products sold on our website, including but not limited to:

• Physical books

• E-books / digital downloads

• Workbooks or supplemental materials

All sales are considered final and non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or misprinted physical book, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will be happy to arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Please note: replacements are provided only for manufacturing or transit damage, not for change of mind.

Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered instantly, we cannot offer cancellations, exchanges, or refunds once the file has been downloaded or accessed.
